Registration
The online registration is now closed. We welcome you to register onsite at Stockholmsmässan.

The Conference registration fee includes entry into the conference sessions on the 2 days, conference bag, documents and CD ROM, coffee-breaks, lunches, social event and refreshments on the 2 days. The ticket also includes entry into the exhibition for its duration and entry into the Opening Ceremony as well as entry to the technical visit.
All speeches and documents will be given in English language – no interpretation is foreseen.
The non participation to one event does not give the right to be refund. The participation fees are a package which can not be divided.

All prices quoted are in Swedish kronor (SEK). Swedish tax legislation requires participants to pay their registration fee including Swedish VAT, which can be reimbursed according to specific regulations.
Confirmation
In order to receive confirmation of registration via e-mail, please make sure to indicate correct e-mail address on the registration form! Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment. More information regarding payment details is available under Payment. Registration for events, which are included in the registration fee, must be marked on the form, in order to obtain a ticket. Please note that registration for the technical tour and social events will be confirmed upon on a ”first come, first served” basis, and numbers may be restricted.
Alterations and Name change
Alterations to your registration must be made in writing and sent to Congrex by e-mail, post or fax. Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. An administration fee of SEK 300 will be charged.
Collection of Conference documents
All documents, and name badge can be obtained from the On-site Conference Secretariat, open for the duration of the Conference.
